Skin, low, mid, high — clean blends executed with clipper-over-comb precision and a straight razor finish.

From $55

Beard & Shave

Trim, sculpt, line up. Or sit back for a full hot-towel straight-razor shave with bay rum and a cold finish.

From $35
The shop

Six chairs.
One standard.

We opened Ironside in 2014 with a worn maple floor, four Belmont chairs we hauled out of a shuttered shop in Bushwick, and a stubborn idea: a man's barbershop should feel like one. No appointments-only velvet rope. No twenty-product upsell. A real chair, a real cut, a coffee or a whiskey while you wait.

"Marco saved my hair after a botched cut on Bedford. Took his time, asked the right questions, and sent me out feeling six inches taller. Found my barber."

"The hot-towel shave is the best thirty-five dollars I spend each month. Lou is an artist with a straight razor — it's basically therapy."

"Walked in on a Saturday afternoon expecting a wait. Got a whiskey, got a fade, was out in 45. The chairs are real Belmonts. The cut is real."

"Brought my eight-year-old in for his first 'real' haircut. Damir made him feel like a regular. He sat still for the first time in his life."

"Ricky has done my beard for two years. He's the only person I trust with it. The shop smells like bay rum and the music is always good."
